Description
This puzzle helps to develop the left hemisphere of a child’s brain, which is in charge of the cognitive functions including math and language skills. By helping them to develop this part of the brain, you are encouraging fine motor skills and logical thinking. The puzzle also develops eye-hand coordination, visual analysis and synthesis, and develops precision and patience in the child.
The child’s task is to put the insects in the right place on the leaf. Children can map the location of insects using the wooden pliers provided. For younger children, they can just use their hands. In addition to the mapping, the kit includes additional cards for printing at home, which will be sent to your e-mail after purchasing the puzzle.
These cards include:
– Vowel coding
– Mathematical equations
– Blank cards to fill yourself.
Set contains:
– Base in the shape of a oak leaf with dimensions 470x250x10mm

This is a great puzzle for all ages. At the moment we just try and place the discs in the slots but as my little girl gets older we will use the tongs too for more challenge. This is a huge puzzle too! Great value for money.
